Chinwe’s passion for community development and ending social inequality has led her to work with and serve in the board of many third sector organisations in the area of youth and women development supporting refugees and other vulnerable people in UK communities for the past 10 years.
Having worked with youths and women from ethnic minority origin (especially refugees) in her previous job positions, Chinwe understands the difficulty which they face in integrating into and participating fully in their local communities and the UK community at large, and the impact this has had on them. These include their ability to participate fully in politics and other community related activities, securing descent jobs, establish, run their own businesses and cope at school. She thus felt that more is needed to be done to advance proper cultural and community integration. To ensure cultural and community integration, she decided to establish Brighter Futures Initiative.

Chinwe has an Msc in International project management and an MBA from Glasgow Caledonian University Scotland, a Post Graduate Certificate in Policy Analysis and Global Governance from the University of the West of Scotland and is currently studying for an MSc in Data Science for Business at the University of Stirling.
